Aqua Moor Shackle 140
AQUA MOOR ® Shackle are manufactured from alloy steel, each individual AQUA MOOR ® Shackle has been manufactured following our ISO9001 ‘Quality Control’ system. Our care handling in every procedure and Know-how in Forge ensuring the shackle free of ‘Hydrogen Embrittlement’ and offers a long Fatigue life of more than 30,000. (50% increased life span compared to EN13889 requirement and safety)
Each Shackle has sunken bolt. It locks into the shackle to prevent bolt rotation (unintentional loosening of the nut). The sunken bolt also reduces the risk of the shackle interacting with the net
The manufacturing process is in accordance with EN13889, NS 9415:2009 (Marine Fish Farms) and NYTEK.
